However, please note that tuition must be paid in full before classes begin. Students with an unpaid balance will not be permitted to start class or receive a certificate. 🚫 Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable. No refunds for cancellations, absences, or dismissals. A&E Nursing Skills may, at its discretion, offer a transfer to a future cohort for medical emergencies or verified extenuating circumstances
