At A&E Nursing Skills, we believe exceptional care begins with confidence, compassion, and quality training. Our Ohio approved CNA/STNA program was created to help future caregivers begin their healthcare journey with the knowledge, support, and hands on experience needed to succeed.

Nursing assistants are the foundation of healthcare, and without a strong foundation, everything else can crumble. That’s why we are committed to properly preparing and supporting the next generation of caregivers.

Founded by Alisha, RN, BSN, and [Partner Name], LPN, A&E Nursing Skills is led by nurses who are passionate about healthcare education and student success. Together, we bring over 30 years of combined healthcare experience, and we both began our careers as CNAs ourselves.

Because we both started as CNAs ourselves, we understand exactly what our students are experiencing throughout the training process. We know what it feels like to prepare for skills testing, clinicals, and entering healthcare for the first time, and we are committed to supporting our students every step of the way.

What truly sets A&E Nursing Skills apart is our student centered approach and ongoing support. Our goal is not only for students to pass the Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant exam, but to pass on the first try with confidence and feel fully prepared to enter the healthcare field.

From enrollment to classroom instruction, skills training, clinicals, and state test preparation, we aim to be a dependable resource for our students throughout the entire process.
