About A&E Nursing Skills

About Us

At A&E Nursing Skills, we believe that excellent care starts with confidence, compassion, and the right training. Our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program is designed to help future caregivers take their first step into healthcare with purpose and preparation.

We offer a two-week hybrid program:

  • Week 1: Instructor-led online classroom instruction

  • Week 2: In-person skills lab and clinical training

Our curriculum is fully aligned with Ohio Department of Health (ODH) requirements and includes 59 hours of classroom instruction and 16 hours of hands-on skills and clinical training.

What truly sets A&E Nursing Skills apart is our student-centered approach and ongoing support. We understand that learning does not stop when class ends, and questions don’t always arise during traditional business hours. Our instructors remain accessible to students for guidance, clarification, and support—even after program completion.

We take pride in being available, responsive, and invested in our students’ success. Our goal is not only for students to pass the Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant exam, but to feel confident, prepared, and supported as they begin their careers in healthcare.

At A&E Nursing Skills, students are more than an enrollment number—we genuinely care about their success.

Our Goal

Our goal is to equip each student with the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience needed to become a compassionate caregiver — ready to make a difference from day one.
